Here I tried to make retrieve the fna/fasta files that corresponds to a specific accession.
I still didn't make an endpoint for it yet, so it can be tested manually.
The file is downloaded and extracted only, and hasn't been parsed yet.
(Added the pom.xml, which I didn't in the last PR. It contains the dependency for Lombok)
