The build log of the failed build now shows:
So it does look like it doesn't find the dependencies that are part of the same PR. We should try to find a proper solution for this, but as a quick workaround you could just add all of them to the easystack. |
That is quite strange, I definitely want to understand why that happens... Were some required easyconfig files contributed via other PRs perhaps? |
What I don't understand is that
No, all the easyconfigs are in the same PR.
I've merged the latest version of origin/develop into easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#19840 Let me know if you'd like to test the synced version first or if I should list all the dependencies added in easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs#19840 . |

Ok, I think the only thing still failing is the fact that the PR isn't merged yet. #494 should give us a more clear report on this, but that's not merged yet. Anyway: everything else seems to look ok. I'll proceed the merge the PR in EasyBuild, then see if a rebuild indeed triggers a succesful result. |

To note, this is another scenario where efforts on EESSI have resulted in an architecture fix in a pretty heavily used dependency package (see xtensor-stack/xsimd#1005) |
Adding WSClean and DP3 to software.eessi.io.
Including the AOFlagger dependency because of previous issues with an older Lua version in the compat layer.
