This PR augments the
protocol_feature_tests/no_duplicate_deferred_id_testintroduced in PR #7072. It ensures that contract-generated and delayed input deferred transactions generated prior to the activation of theNO_DUPLICATE_DEFERRED_IDprotocol feature are able to successfully execute in blocks after the activation of the protocol feature.Consensus Changes
