Removes the DynamicZoneInfo struct used for switch list window. This data can be stored on DynamicZone and kept updated by its owning system

Removes the DynamicZoneInfo struct used for switch list window. This data can be stored on DynamicZone and kept updated by its owning system.
Beginning to cherry pick stuff from my current dz decoupling dev branch. This also renames zone dynamic_zone source files for consistency with dz repository headers and other new files added later. Also sneaking in a small cleanup to MarkSingleCompassLoc with this since it's touching the compass methods.
