Version 0.1

It has almost everything we need to capture and monitor, but some problems still unsolved:

• Recompilation of firmware for EmonTX v3 to reduce sampling period from 10s to 1s.
• Evaluation of Plugwise scalability adding at least 9 circles to the network.
• Time-series visualization in Raspberry Pi device, for real time monitoring.
• Addition of AEMET forecasts into our MongoDB server, currently they are completely ignored. Notice that current weather status is being processed, this item only relies with hourly and daily forecasts.
• More debug and test of the software.
