That tool has been removed and its functionality replaced with subset_data. However, Sect. 1.7 ("Running PTCLM") remains.

This is related to #1565 but independent; updated instructions for creating single-point datasets will be put in Sect. 1.6.3.3 ("Creating your own single-point dataset").
