Release version 2.3.1

Updates after version 2.3.0:

- Add User-Agent Header to Request Object (BUGFIX)
- Fix PATCH record for TypeError when missing doi
- Blur community description when it's too long
- Load fonts locally instead of using Google API
- Fix the parsing of ePIC PIDs
