2.4.2 - UHF Duct, Fix ducts

Bugfix release

In 2.4.0 and 2.4.1 I exported the wrong ducts in all of the drive modules. The ones in the layer cooling module were correct.

Furthermore:

• the UHF duct is released (which should also work with Volcano-styled heat blocks - to be tested)
• The wide / low duct is now the default, it's reported to work better, the 2.4.1 default is now called high / narrow
