Mods names are pretty self-explanatory.
No Regen removes the health increase of a "Perfect" judgment.
Damage Multiplier multiplies the health decrease of a "Miss" judgment by a set amount (default is x3, this can be changed in the mods customization)
Feel free to change the score multipliers.
