be more systematic in avoiding parent-child chain txid collisions

Currently a parent chain sharing an identical txid definition could lead to txid collisions with the sidechain's. So for example a elements-mode to elements-mode and vice versa chain pairs.

This doesn't happen in today's deployments but could matter.

We could prefix txids with some unique tag to avoid this.

Oh Wow, really?! How?! I thought genesis block id of every sidechain is being factored in, therefore it’s virtually impossible to have this. my two cents.

Think if the parent chain is also elements for example. Now both chains at height X make a coinbase tx that have same txid. From there you can peg in and cause utxo collision. With elements to Bitcoin sidechains this is impossible however because of the different serialization of coinbase tx.
