This changes it so that git sources can now use rev/branch/tag specifiers instead of only rev specifiers, as the actual revision is present in the source url as the fragment. This allows more flexibility for end users.
Also updates all dependencies, replaces serde-xml-rs with quick-xml since the former is unmaintained and fixes new lints.
Also adds building of
aarch64-unknown-linux-muslbinaries.
