Disabled it by default as it requires the Vulkan SDK to be installed. Can be enabled with `-d` / `--debug-layer`

Disabled it by default as it requires the Vulkan SDK to be installed, makes it easier to onboard (#28) and try out the project as most may not have the SDK installed.
