Dynamic hostname in UI

UI has hardcoded hostname as "localhost". Because of it UI doesn't work when I run Embucket on the remote machine.

This issue can be possibly solved by:

• Creating dist.tar per hostname
• We can replace on the fly the "__HOSTNAME__" placeholders if that will be in a specific file hosted by static-web-server at embucket

The issue is that for UI React application URL is being defined during a build time, and this happens during CI/CD. I view this as deployment issue - and so far there was no focus on deployment options.

Extending @YaroslavLitvinov suggestion:

• Let UI to be built separately, allowing to specify the URL during build phase and deploy it separately
• Move UI artifact generation phase closer to binary build phase and let specify the URL then ("dist.tar per hostname")
• Update UI artifact during installation/initial run to update the URL, thus allowing to dynamically specify the url without rebuilding

Hey guys, can we move this up in the backlog? It makes it harder to work on benchmarking. Also, this is necessary to increase the ease of use and adoption of Embucket by users.
