  • When a client wishes to register a new complaint, they will get a complaint form.
  • Create a complaint form UI taking the below reference designs

Fields for new complaint:

  • Name & Registration number
  • Dustbin Number and Location (Dropdown List)
  • Complaint description
  • Image Upload
