Details

Setup new lambda layer for aws sdk such that it can be deployed independently of the other services and reused across the appication

Changes

  • Added new layers service with awssdkv2 layer
  • use layer in services app-api, admin, source, seatool-sink
  • updated deploy script to properly build from proper directory for layers

Test Plan

  1. Ensure app functions without issues after changes
