Remove PlotlyBase from REQUIRE

Not used anymore.

Upgrade to HTTP v0.8

• Upgrade to HTTP.jl v0.8.0.
• Revert HTTP.Router back to original global Dict (for dynamic urls).
• Add randomping example to illustrate inserting event-driven content into a webpage.
• Remove d3.js dependency.
