Esri CityEngine SDK 1.4.2074

Dear CityEngine SDK user,

for installation instructions, please refer to the README.MD in the repository root. For information about changes and bug-fixes, please refer to the esri_ce_sdk_1_4_2074_changelog.txt file attached to this release.

In this release, we also include the VC11 builds. This allows to build custom extension with VC11/VS2012. Again, please refer to the updated README.MD for the exact compiler version.
