The part about our services and focus areas differ a bit from the other text. The first part is clarly aimed at a new employee at Evolve, but this part is more ambivalent. It feels as if it is sort of aimed at a prospective customer. I think by just tweaking it a bit we can make it more inline with the rest of the document.

A first step would be to change the headline

Our services and focus areas

to

What we do - what we are

And then merge the sections Teams and Consultancy services, with a minor twist at the end:

Consultancy services & Teams

Evolve is created to accomodate people who are highly skilled and passionate about creating true
value with software as our tool. We will always bring highly knowledgeable people into any team
and improve its performance and capability. Most often we will work in pairs or teams from
Evolve. Our gathered experience from a large number of business areas, in combination with a strategically developed competence portfolio makes it possible for us to put together highly productive cross-functional teams. Whether crafting new software from scratch or adding new dimensions to an existing service or application, a team from Evolve can help in realizing good ideas.

For you this means having other skilled, helpful Evolvers at your side for most projects. Together you will rock!
