feat: Add Wave related functions to Respawn

Wave related functions have been added to the Respawn class.

What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
PauseWaves(), RestartWaves() worked fine, but We couldn't configure the detailed Wave.

What is the new behavior? (if this is a feature change)
PauseWave(), RestartWave() functions have been added, and one more PauseWaves(), RestartWaves() function has been added to make it easier to set Wave details.

Does this PR introduce a breaking change? (What changes might users need to make in their application due to this PR?)
