A Pulumi Component Resource for AKS

This component resources provides functionality to create a kubernetes cluster

To do roadmap

• Support creating the cluster inside an existing network, private or public
• Do a round of sane default values and what are important custom values
• Move all of this to the Github Project and out of the README.md
• Define multiple node pools
• Create typescript docstrings (tsdocs)
• Create the networking if it is not supplied with defaults
• Create a CONTRIBUTING.md
• Create detailed examples
