[Hold - Browser Resizing #13971] The report menu popup is not responsive when window resized

Action Performed:

1. Open the app, login with any account
2. Try to open any report, click on plus button to open the action menu, after that resize the window
3. Notice that the popup is not responsive when the window resized.

Expected Result:

The popup should be responsive when the window resized.

Actual Result :

The popup is not responsive when the window resized.

it's not irresponsive, it's just focused on the menu.
Still a problem and a bug though

Was able to reproduce, so I think when we reduce the size is dropping the other view correctly, but needs to close the menu as well.

@sketchydroide putting this thread on your radar and I've created this parent issue. We should tackle all of these browser resizing issues holistically and need someone to own that plan.

I don't think so on this issue in isolation, as it should be tackled with a wider browser resizing initiative.

We don't plan on prioritizing browser resizing anytime soon. We're more focused on migrating our existing customers from our old platform to our new platform, which will minimally take the remainder of this year. We can open up this issue in the future if/when this becomes a priority.
