Issue found when executing PR #15210

Action Performed:

1. Go to URL https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Login with any account
3. Go to any chat
4. Send a message
5. Right-click to open the context menu
6. Press the icon button with the emoji to open the emoji picker
7. Selecе an emoji

Expected Result:

An emoji added to the message as reaction

Actual Result:

Some emojis are displayed as broken
