Issue found when executing PR #16003

Action Performed:

1. Open the app, sign out if you are signed in.
2. Switch the app to Spanish.

Expected Result:

All words and links must be translated from English to Spanish

Actual Result:

Two strings/links are not translated

Closing, this is not a bug, these are proper nouns so shouldn't be translated.
