Issue found when executing PR #27670

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Log in with any account
3. Go to Setting - Profile
4. Use Tab Key and navigate to default avatar
5. Press Enter Key
6. Use Tab Key to navigate to upload photo option

Expected Result:

We reverted the mentioned PR so the test steps no longer apply and the functionality doesn't work yet. Closing this issue.
