Paste eventListener is returning different targets based on input content. I created the the fix for that: Expensify/react-native-live-markdown#178

We've reverted the offending PR #35837, so this is no longer a blocker

Tested on release 0.1.9. Issue is no longer reproductible - Expensify/react-native-live-markdown#178 seems to solve this
