Action Performed:

1. Navigate to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Login as a new user
3. Create a workspace with USD default currency
4. Enable Workflows
5. Click "Connect bank account"

Expected Result:

The Connect bank account page loads without refreshing the page

Actual Result:

The Connect bank account page loads after refreshing the page for a new user

This issue seems to have originated from a previous pull request by @huult. He has now submitted a new pull request to address this.

The issue Login - Infinite loading and no error message when typing wrong Magic Code. will also be resolved by this PR.
