Action Performed:

1. Launch ND or hybrid app.
2. Go to Reports.
3. Scroll the status bar.

Expected Result:

User should be able to scroll the status bar.

Actual Result:

User is unable to scroll the status bar.

Looking at it right now, this should be easy to fix.
