After discussing here we're going to move away from marking
policyCategories_
lists as stale and simply hold alastUpdated
timestamp within them and compare that against thelastModified
of the policy in Onyx. Thus we don't need to do any of the last modified things and can simply send apolicyIDList
in ReconnectApp (good thing we kept in the backward compatibility for this param!)Fixed Issues
