We have increased the timeouts for the tests which should limit any kind of flakiness, we can go ahead with this change now

Details
PR enables performance test for ReportScreen. These were disabled earlier because we weren't sure what the root cause of test instability was.
We have already increased the timeouts and we are working on improving the workflow to avoid failing a tests when a PR is not updated with the main (will be raised in a separate PR).
