A better solution is to make CountrySelector call handleAddressChange similar to StateSelector but this is not a blocker since the implemented solution here is same as in AddressPage

@s77rt thanks! I agree it is a better solution but it needed more refactoring to get to it. Fyi, I have created new PR addressing this and some more refactoring changes #41970. It is waiting in draft until this one is merged.
