[Ideal nav] Fix delay when closing FullScreenNavigator on wide layout.

Details

This PR disables animation for screens with full screen options in the root navigator. It caused delay in closing full screen navigator which is used to display workspace settings pages.

NOTE: It only affects platforms that can handle wide layout (web, desktop) because for small screens animationEnabled value stays the same.
