[NoQA] Add fast-equals as dependency

Details

When we use the npm link command, it creates a symlink to the globally installed package. This can sometimes cause issues with module resolution, especially if the linked package (in this case, Onyx) has its own dependencies.

My context understanding:
deepEqual from fast-equals is used here to compare the new item object (constructed from various properties) with the previously stored item in optionItemRef.current.
If they are identical in structure and content, the component should use the existing reference (optionItemRef.current) to avoid unnecessarily re-rendering the OptionRowLHN component.
