Details

This PR adds:

• peggy package
• grammar for the parser
• configs to generate parser and handle generated file
• new function in SearchUtils to build JSON Query

There is no way to test this PR or record tests without changing the code. If you want to see if the parser works you can import the buildJSONQuery and pass a string to it e.g. type: expenses

@luacmartins few things that differ a little from the design doc:

1. It makes sense to me to generate the parser in the postinstall step instead of adding generated code to the repo. This way we won't desynchronize by accident. It was easy so I did it but we can talk about it.
2. I added the generated file to eslint ignores.
3. There is something wrong with the args of the hash function in the doc. I fixed it in the code but please take a look if it makes sense 🙇

@luacmartins introduced all your changes and fixed the typecheck github actions (although my way which is simpler I think 😄) however lint again is taking ages.
I believe that this parser file should be correctly ignored via eslintignore so I hope lint is just taking ages but same as on main.

I hope these changes are enough to merge this 🤞

Tested the new updated grammar on the peggy site and looks nice 👍

@Kicu initially, the path was src/libs/Search/searchParser.peggy (in the docs as well). Was it necessary/agreed to move it to src/libs/SearchParser/searchParser.peggy instead?
