1. Go to workspace chat
2. Submit an expense
3. Click on the expense preview to go to combined report
4. Send a message
5. Click Submit button
6. Click on the report header >Delete expense
7. Delete the expense
8. Right click on the "submitted $0.00" system message > Reply in thread
9. Verify that: The amount in thread header should be the same as the amount in the system message

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
• I followed the guidelines as stated in the Review Guidelines
• I tested other components that can be impacted by my changes (i.e. if the PR modifies a shared library or component like Avatar, I verified the components using Avatar are working as expected)

Or if we want this action can be translated, we should update the getFormattedAmount function to accept the reportAction param and get the amount and currency from originalMessage of this action instead of the expense report.
