Major version required as NodeJS versions
v9,v7,v6,v5, andv4are no longer maintained, Travis config updated accordingly. See: https://github.com/nodejs/Release#release-scheduleAlso updated the plugin to pass an error back to Metalsmith rather than throwing an error.
groupbyoption added to allow grouping by metadata attached to files. E.g. by language.
