curatO:

A vocabulary for covering Data mManagement task, Capability and Maturity levels, FAIR and FAIR assessment

Use Cases:

• markup FAIR Cookbook recipes with Processes and Data Transformations
• identify key capabilities required by a FAIRification pathway and mark up recipes
• annotate maturity levels and quality levels of datasets and express fairification assessment results
• provide stable terms for the [FAIRficatiion process builder](https://github.com/FAIRplus/FAIRification_process) tool.

Development Framework:

curatO is developed using Robot Tool developed by the OBO foundry.

curatO is compatible to BFO built ontologies and relies on:

• IAO
• OBI
• STATO.
