This PR addresses #6. On latest browsers you can use Intl.NumberFormat to format numbers to a local representation. This is used to get the thousands and decimal separators.
One problem: I am not familiar woth CoffeeScript or grunt, so I have just modified
src/fcsaNumber.js
. Maybe someone else could update the other files?
