The current installation instructions for macOS/OSX state the provided binary is incompatible with Apple Silicon chips since it's built targeting x86_64. This is incorrect, as Apple provides Rosetta as a compatibility layer for "legacy" binaries. This PR updates the installation instructions for macOS to reflect this information.
