These options, follow ups to --ocamlenv (#3565) make it a lot easier to compile an F* application without remembering the magic incantation.
Also, as per the fundamental theorem of software engineering, it allows F* to change the name/location of its library without affecting clients, by simply internally updating the behavior of this option.
