Python 3.9 support and added icon files.

desktop shortcut installer

Added option to install desktop shortcut to launch software for both Mac and Windows OS. Mac os has the issue where the app icon cannot be programmatically changed.

New analysis tool

Added a scatter plot comparing two elements at a time with an line segment ROI used to select a region where neighboring pixels get set to zero. A quick reconstruction panel on the right allows to view how this affects reconstruction output for a single cross section.

bug fixes

Lines wer commented out when they shouldn't have been.
inverting the y-axis so the scale displays in ascending order caused some indexing issues when selecting range to reconstruct.

Reorganize

Buttons were moved to appropriate tabs so they are used in a more chronological fashion.
Bugs associated with copy/paste functionality were fixed.
If angle information is not linked correctly in h5 files, software will attempt to find the angle information by trying available PVs until one returns non-empty list.
