FactoCord 1.2 released

Added the following features

1. New commands:
   • restart (restarts the server but not the bot)
   • save (saves the server)
   • mods (lists the mods running on the server)
2. Ability to run FactoCord as a service
3. Error logging, if FactoCord encounters an error it will log to error.log
