SqlProtocol: Changes datatype for schema property KeepAlive (#1646)

  • Changed KeepAlive Type from UInt16 to Int32 to reflect te actual WMI.ManagementObject (issue SqlProtocol: KeepAlive parameter/property using incorrect data type dsccommunity/SqlServerDsc#1645).
