Disclaimer updated so text and background colors can be configured.

Configuration for the disclaimer was limited to the title and message text. The button text can be customized but instruction was missing from the readme.

AFTER
Added ability to configure the text color, button color, button text color, background color, and the "blurred background color" (the blurred background that overlays the chat interface while the modal is shown). Also added the missing button text property.
