  1. Allow paths for modules outside the UIA-Plugin. 

    Constraint: module must exist in "inner" elcipse workspace
Therefore,

- Do not prepend PLUGIN_URI_PREFIX constant to custom paths
- Use PLUGIN_URI_PREFIX constant only for default (example) paths
