Node and TS versions support

TypeORM upgrade

• Upgrade TypeORM dep to latest version (PR: Upgrade TypeORM peer dependency to v0.3.20 #1291).

Better typing

• Improve Context.state type-safety (PR: Make Context.state type to {} by default #1284).

Logging

• Change the signature of Logger.addLogContext(key, value) to Logger.addLogContext(context) (PR: Make addLogContext accept a record with multiple params #1288).

Shell scripts

Removal of deprecated components
