We are currently using client-side search (algolia) but the infrastructure for elasticsearch is still there.

This includes:

a couple of build phases defined in .gitlab-ci.yml
some scripts
other things?

At some point we should remove these. The build stuff especially would speed up wiki builds considerably.

We can always put it back in if we decide to go back to elasticsearch.
