Fix Error in the code: Improve environment variable checks and error handling

This PR addresses the issue of error handling in the AnoUploader function. The following changes were made:

1. Enhanced the checkConfig function to thoroughly check all required environment variables.
2. Implemented clear and informative error messages for missing or invalid environment variables.
3. Cleaned up the overall file structure and removed duplicate code.
4. Added test scripts to verify error handling and successful initialization.

These changes improve the robustness of the application and provide better feedback to users when configuration issues arise.
