Update Theme for Vuepress 1.0.0

Is the README already updated for the modifications for vuepress v1? I am following your instructions and I currently receive this error message:

Yes it is, you may need to update your version of vuepress, seems to work with vuepress @1.0.2. I forgot to mention that for the beta version you would need to install the beta version of the theme. yarn install -D vuepress-theme-cool@1.0.3-beta
