Fixed path adaptions

This fixes a path calculation problem where compatibility6 path was hardcoded under typo3/sysext/
which cannot be the case anymore.

Version constraint fixes and minor bugfix in FlexForm

• Small cleanup within FlexFormTabsContainer for mailform.
• Fixed version constraints to only be compatible with TYPO3 7 LTS
