Please, consider adding keywords / hashtags to have better means to navigate.

Do you mean keywords by subject of conference talks or something else?

I would say, conference main profile/subject.

But 1) some of the conferences are about JavaScript/framework
(angular/react etc), while others might focus on CSS or have everything or
something else (dhtmlconf, for example), 2) repo name isn't indicative
about "frontend only".
